Directions:
The reserve is located two miles north of Guerneville on Armstrong Woods Road. From Highway 101- coming North or South- take the River Road exit (in Santa Rosa). Go west on River Road until you reach Guerneville. At the second stop light make a right hand turn onto Armstrong Woods Road. This road will end in the park.
Parking:
If you wish to drive into the park and pay the parking fee, tell the Ranger at the gate that you are going to the church service – he/she will direct you to the Group Picnic area. You might get in free. Otherwise, park outside the park and walk in for free.
Day Use Fees:
$6.00 per vehicle
$5.00 per vehicle for seniors
Free to pedestrians and bicyclists
(Suggestion: Park outside the park and walk to the Group Picnic area)
What to bring:
Bring a picnic lunch for yourself, and something to share if you’re feeling generous. Also, wear comfortable shoes and a hat for the sun.
